Data2Report LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides data analysis, sales commission reporting, compensation calculations, and custom report generation based on data the client provides. These Terms apply to all use of our Site and Services.

You agree not to misuse the Site or attempt to:

All tools, formulas, and report templates are the property of Data2Report LLC. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them to create competing services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Site and Services are provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee accuracy, uninterrupted service, or compliance with payroll/tax laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
Data2Report LLC is not liable for lost profits, incorrect commissions, payroll disputes, business decisions, or errors caused by Client Data. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
11. Client Responsibility for Final Review
Clients must review and verify reports before using them for payroll or compensation.

We are not responsible for third-party sites.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate Services for violations of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
15. Changes to Terms
