My Story
Hi,
My name is Drew Fleming, a CU Boulder grad with a degree in Economics.
Right out of college, I started in accounting and finance, where I learned how to dig into the numbers that really drive a business. My day to day was manually tracking and debugging software that managed our P&L’s, balance sheets, and monthly commission reports for a sales team of about 40 people across sales, technical, and customer success roles. I even got to deliver those reports directly to the C-suite, which taught me a lot about how leadership thinks when it comes to data and decision-making.
After about a year of doing that, while I liked the numbers, I wanted to be on the side of the business that moved them. So, I made the jump into IT sales. My background in finance turned out to be a huge advantage because I understood one simple truth, profit and results move decisions not product.
I’ve been in IT sales for several years now and really enjoy it. But all along, I kept one client I’d worked with since 2018, helping them calculate and deliver their monthly sales commissions. It was just a side gig at first I was moonlighting... until I came across a big firm in Colorado doing the same thing I was doing. The difference? They were charging exponentially more for something that shouldn’t cost nearly that much.
That’s when I decided to grow my customer base because businesses shouldn’t have to pay enterprise-level prices just to get clean, accurate, and reliable sales and commission reporting. The goal should be effective results at a fair price plain and simple.
Now, I help businesses streamline their commission reporting so they can scale with confidence and keep more money where it belongs... in their bottom line.
